Screen candidates resumes and job application.
Need to source the profile from different channels and maintain the data base.
Need to do Sourcing, Job Posting, Head-Hunting, Reference Generation, Follow-ups with candidates.
Good communication skills, Data management skills and detail oriented.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels.
